ARVADA, Colo., June 24, 2011 – The Arvada Economic Development Association (AEDA) is pleased to announce a new partnership with Xceligent to launch a commercial real estate search tool for businesses looking for property in Arvada. The new tool can be found at www.aeda.biz, Arvada’s “go to” website for economic development tools and resources.
The new commercial property search tool is an enhancement from AEDA’s previous tool, Arvada Property Link, used to market commercial property. Like Arvada Property Link, both real estate professionals and property owners will be able to update property listings into the database; however, Xceligent supports the database with a team of researchers to include additional listings to the database from real estate brokers and field research.
“Xceligent’s efforts will ensure Arvada has the most robust real estate database for Arvada commercial properties,” said Ryan Stachelski, AEDA economic development manager.
