Carol Sue Tombari of
NREL will speak - Carol specializes in energy and environmental policy and has
been active in related programs for more than twenty-five years. She directed the State of Texas’s energy
efficiency and renewable energy programs, was appointed to two federal advisory
posts, and currently works at the U.S. Department of Energy’s National
Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL) in Golden, Colorado. At NREL she is the Manager of Stakeholder
Initiatives where she works on electric utility and economic development issues.
