2009 Commercial Real Estate Review attracted 200 guests
Arvada’s newest 1,500 acre development, Candelas, located just north of Highway 72 between Highway 93 and
Indiana Street. Based on comments received, it was very successful event. The theme for the event was “A New Energy in Arvada.” Wayne Herman, Broker/Consultant Certified EcoBroker of Colorado Home Realty, was the emcee. A record breaking 210 real estate, commercial lenders, and development guests attended the event. Featured speakers were Tom Clark, Executive Vice President of Metro Denver Economic Development Corporation; Bill Ray, Arvada Deputy City Manager; Kim Sims, Director of Real Estate for Sunflower Farmers Market; and Charlie McKay, Gregg Bradbury, Frank Kelley, and Brian Daly of Candelas.
